Complementary Treatment Redemption Guidelines

● First treatment may be redeemed after the first 90 days of membership
● Remaining treatments may be redeemed every 90 days thereafter
● All complementary treatments must be used within the 12-month membership period
● Treatments cannot be combined or redeemed in the same visit
● Unused complimentary treatments expire at the end of the membership term

Payment for any treatments beyond Your Zare Cosmetic Surgery Wallet balance will be payable in full at the time of service. Gratuity not included.
